The vineyard of the H.Dépaux & Fils Champagne House is located on the sunny hills of Dormans, Vincelles, Verneuil and Trélou, on the north side of the Marne valley, a land of vineyard and forest allowing us to grow the three varieties of champagne: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The Pinot Meunier variety contributes to the character and the specific features of the Champagne wines with fruitiness and versatility. The Chardonnay brings delicacy and lightness, and the Pinot Noir power and nobility.
The cultivation of all the Champagne varieties allows us to produce various blends during the champagne-making process to offer you a large range or aromas and flavors.
